@chefbrunob taught us how to make our own dough as well as some cracking salads with roasted veggies cooked in the oven.
He also showed us the versatility of the DeliVita

An awesome day at the home of @hellodelivita today with Marco and Bruno. 🔥 @chefbrunob taught us how to make our own dough as well as some cracking salads with roasted veggies cooked in the oven. He also showed us the versatility of the DeliVita as we cooked some sirloin steaks in a cast iron pan with some flaming wood. 👌 @wood.firedchef then taught us how to make pizza sandwiches and pizzas after going through lighting and temperature control with the oven. 🍕 It’s a cracking piece of kit and great to spend some time learning new skills and methods to improve what we do here at Grill & Ember, alongside Bruno’s amazing salads.
