Join us for an exciting and immersive BBQ cookery class where you will get to experience the thrill of cooking with top-of-the-range equipment - the Big Green Egg, OFYR, Asado Grill, and DeliVita Pizza Oven. Throughout the course you will learn how to create a variety of delicious dishes using these versatile cooking tools and how to get the most out of the barbecues.
Food & drink included. You will eat everything we make, and take home anything that is left!
A typical day includes (nearly all of):
Searing - Scallops & Steaks
Plancha Cooking - Fillet of Fish
Marinading - Jerk Pork & Pineapple
Smoking - Pork Belly Burnt Ends or Ribs
Tandoor - Chicken Shwarma
Pizza oven - Pizza!
Rotiserrie - Chicken Wings
Chapa - Smash Burgers
The perfect side - Chargrilled Aubergine and Buffalo Mozarella Salad
